Below are the full details of the latest Express Entry draws, as well as all the draws in 2023 and the next draw prediction.

- Number of invitations issued: 4,300
- Rank required to be invited to apply: 4,300 or above

The CRS cutoff score jumped in the August 1 ‘no program specified’ Express Entry draw because IRCC held this draw after 3 weeks and there was a significant increase in new profiles, but has now dropped significantly because of the increase in the number of invitations.
IRCC sent a total of 4,300 invitations to apply in the last week and again sent 4,300 ITAs this week.
The IRCC also introduced its first-ever skilled trades draw last week, targeted at 10 shortlisted occupations with the lowest cutoff score of 388.

Next Express Entry Draw 2023 Prediction (Updated every Friday)
IRCC has now switched back to biweekly rounds of invitations and introduced new category based draws.
The pattern so far in unveiling draws has been draws starting with ‘no program-specific’ draws, followed by occupation-specific and Francophile draws.
We are yet to see targeted draws for 10 Trades, 10 Transport, and/or 3 Agriculture occupations, but so far IRCC only announced Trades draw on August 3.
Our expectation is that next week there could be targeted Express Entry draws for 10 Transport as well as 3 Agriculture and Agri-Food occupations.
Expectations are that the CRS cutoff may fall significantly for Transport and/or Agriculture occupations if the draw size is significant enough to equal the Trades draw.
Our anticipation regarding the cutoff score in these targeted draws is expected to be around 350–400, or we may even see a surprising number on the lower side.
For ‘no program specified’ Express Entry draws, we expect the cutoff score to drop by 10 points to around 507 if IRCC holds regular draws.
Whatever week we see the next Express Entry draw, chances are really high that there will be another STEM and healthcare-targeted round of invitations.
Our suggestion for eligible applicants is to create their Express Entry profile asap even if their occupation is not on the list of targeted categories, and try for PNPs as well.
If you are someone already with a valid profile in the Express entry pool, but your spouse has at least 6-month experience in one of these 82 eligible occupations for targeted draws and your overall CRS score is less than 480, then make them your primary applicant, even if your overall CRS score drops to near 450–430.
Candidates with at least 6-month experience in one of these occupations who have not yet created a profile; What are you waiting for? Create your profile asap.
