The NB Skilled Worker Stream actively seeks foreign nationals ready to enrich New Brunswick’s economy through their skills, education, and work experience. This pathway facilitates New Brunswick employers in recruiting international talents, including graduates, when local candidates are unavailable. A crucial criterion is securing a full-time job offer in an eligible position.

Express Entry Stream
Aligned with the federal Express Entry system, the NB Express Entry Stream targets highly skilled individuals residing and working in skilled occupations (NOV 0, A, or B) on a valid work permit. This stream allows for a seamless integration of skilled professionals into New Brunswick’s workforce.

Entrepreneurial Stream
Designed for seasoned business owners and senior managers, the NB Entrepreneurial Stream invites those ready to establish, operate, and actively manage a business while making New Brunswick their permanent home. Operating on an Expression of Interest (EOI) system, applicants undergo a thorough assessment, with the highest-ranked candidates receiving invitations for provincial nomination.
