OINP Human Capital Category
The Human Capital category caters to individuals with valuable work experience, education, and language skills, participating in Canada’s Express Entry system or graduate programs. It consists of two sub-categories: International Graduate Streams and Ontario’s Express Entry Streams, both without requiring a job offer.

International Graduates: This sub-category is designed for foreign nationals holding a Masters or PhD degree from an eligible Ontario university, offering two distinct streams:
Masters Graduate and PhD Graduate.

Ontario Express Entry: To qualify for this sub-category, applicants need a Notification of Interest from Ontario and an updated Express Entry profile with current work experience, language test results, and education. Sub-streams include:

• French-Speaking Skilled Worker: Targets skilled workers proficient in French and English.
  
  
• Human Capital Priorities: Aims at skilled workers in the Express Entry pool with the necessary education, work experience, and language proficiency. Candidates must first qualify for the federal Express Entry pool and receive a Notification of Interest from OINP.
  
  
• Skilled Trades: For candidates with a minimum of one year of full-time work experience in an Ontario skilled trade occupation (Minor Group 633 or Major Groups 72, 73, or 82 of the National Occupational Classification).
