Canada – Citizenship Certificate (Proof of Citizenship) Application Procedures and Fees

This application is applicable for applicant(s) who want to pass down Canadian citizenship to the child(ren) who was born outside Canada, to prove Canadian citizenship, to replace a lost/destroyed or stolen certificate, or update the biographical information.
